The only reason worth holding out for an iPhone at this point would be an upgrade to 4G speeds which won't be available until iPhone 6. If this is your first iPhone, the changes expected from 4 to 5 aren't compelling enough to wait 4-5 more months. Why wait for the same thing that is slightly faster with incrementally better camera? But if you have a 3G or 3GS I can see how it might be worth the wait.
