Computer crashed down, want to backup iPod/iPhone songs, videos and images on another computer. How?

I used to buy a lot of DVDs, but since I split my time between the US and Europe, I found that half my discs wouldn't play on my Powerbook. As a mac use,I just use DVD to ipod for macand Video to ipod for mac
since it
