Import and edit Nikon DF MOV in Adobe Premiere effortlessly
If you encountered problems with Nikon DF MOV when importing to Premiere Pro on Mac OS X, you can follow this article to find the solution and solve it.
The new Nikon DF, the Nikon's thinnest, lightest FX-format D-SLR and 24.1MP DX format CMOS sensor, with no OLPF breathtaking Full 1080p HD 60i/30p video H.264/MPEG-4 MOV Movies, and this MOV video format came from Nikon DF is a long GOP format that is highly compressed, it is not a good editing format with Adobe Premiere Pro for editing.
This is because the HD MOV clips are encoded in H.264 codec, a most advanced codec that compresses video in highest compression ratio, but not so acceptable for editing software like Adobe Premiere. The following passage guides you how to convert Nikon DF MOV footages to Premiere Pro MOV for editing.
Software Requirement
Mac Nikon MOV Video Converter from Pavtube

Once the conversion is finished by Nikon DF MOV to Preniere Converter, you can click "Open" button to get the output files effortlessly. Now you have got it right, just import and edit Nikon DF MOV files in Adobe Premiere.

Don't worry. This is just a minor problem. Directly recover them by scanning your iPhone or extract the data from iTunes backup file or iCloud backup file, and you've done. The key is to find a trustworthy tool to help you get the data out of your phone. In other word, you need a recovery tool for iPhone data. Files can be lost without any notice, and are hard for us to restore them. But they can be recovered easily by WiseRecovery. It can support both windows and ios operation system. Just recover them in three steps:

1. Connect the iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.
2. Open iTunes.
3. If you have a new or erased iPhone, iTunes will prompt you to restore from backup.

Given iTunes' ability to automatically create backups, you can use a recent backup to restore contacts on iPhone and undelete iPhone text messages.
1. Open iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer using the provided USB cable or your Wi-Fi connection. Wait until you see the iPhone icon appear in the left column of iTunes underneath the “Devices” category.
2. Select your iPhone and right-click it (Ctrl-click on a Mac) from the list of devices with iPhone iPad data recovery software
3. Select "Restore from Backup." ITunes displays your iPhone name as well as the most recent backup available. Click "Restore" to return your contacts to your iPhone.
4. Update your firmware, if necessary, as the backup does not include these updates.
