How to Show Wedding Video Footage on Reception with Projector?
I was asked to prepare the video presentation for my friend's wedding reception with the videos from Canon Vixia HV30, Sony Handycam HDR-XR150 and Canon Vixia HF S10. The videos are captured for her wedding in Seattle, and the wedding reception is in NewYork. I need to edit the videos from the three cameras on Final Cut Studio and join the 3 different angles to show the wedding video footage on reception with projector.
However, the Final Cut Studio on my MacBook does not read the video from the cameras. I finally figure out that the videos in AVCHD MTS/M2TS are not supported yet. I need to convert the wedding video footage to apple format for Final Cut Studio and make a video with three angles. I use Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac to help me finish the task. Step 1. Load camera video to Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac.

Step 2. Choose to output Apple MOV format.
I choose the HD video format, as it keeps the video quality. It is as easy as to click the "Format" option and choose HD Video > H.264 HD Video(*.mov). Then click the "Settings" button and choose "original" from the drop-down list for BitRate(kbps).
Step 3. Convert wedding AVCHD to MOV for Final Cut Studio.
The application automatically deinterlaces the AVCHD video and removes the interlacing artifacts, making the output HD MOV the best visual quality.
I then bring the output Apple MOV videos to Final Cut Studio, and output QuickTime format for the wedding reception. Simply connect the computer to LCD projector via VGA cable, and the wedding video footage is presented on the big screen, and all the guests like the wedding reception with the wedding video footage.
