Reuters reports that AT&T will have a fix for the issue that came up a few weeks back, with users complaining upload speeds from their mobile devices are extremely slow. AT&T plans in the next two to three weeks to gradually fix a software defect that cut speeds for customers sending data from Apple's iPhone 4 and from laptop modems
