Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 is a new camera by Sony for consumers to shoot 1920x1080i and 1440x1080i AVCHD videos in .mts format. The camera also includes MP4 output, but only with 1440x1080p, 1280x720p and 640x480p resolution. To get HD 1920x1080 videos, the output videos is .mts as file extension. This format provides high definition videos, but is recorded with interlacing artifacts.
However, to play Sony TX7 camera AVCHD videos on big-screen iMac smoothly, I need HD video converter for Mac.
