First, Free download iTunes M4V DRM Removal, and install it to computer, it can convert iTunes movies and music for Nexus 7.
Step1. Add your iTunes M4V files. Click "Add" button, add M4V files which is DRM proteced on your computer. And this M4V DRM Removal will detected DRM files automatically.
Step2. Output settings. Choose an output video format which you want to convert DRM protected M4V to, click on "Common Video -> MP4 Video (AVC)"
Step3. You can choose the resolution, bitrate as you want.
Step4. Start to remove M4V DRM from iTunes movies. Click "convert" button at right bottom, the program will start to remove drm from iTunes M4V movies. Just wait for a second and the DRM protected M4V video converting will be finished, then you can play iTunes videos on Nexus 7. Have a try.
