Put DVD ISO movies onto Sony PS Vita for playing with best quality
"I have a couple DVDs that I have saved as ISO files on Mac HDD, how do I rip the DVD ISOs to be played back on my new Sony PS Vita game console? As far as I can see, the PS Vita plays MP4 (like PSP does), but what's the best setting for conversion? I would like to keep best possible quality!"
If you have Mac DVD ISO converter tool that exports video with flexible settings, then refer to PS Vita supported file type below for converting ISO to PS vita video:
-MPEG-4 Simple Profile Level 3, Maximum 320x240 pixels, AAC
-H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Baseline/Main/High Profile Level 3.1, Maximum 720p, AAC

This format compresses a 100min DVD movie to around 1GB and meanwhile maintains very good picture quality.

Step 5. Copy converted DVD movies to PS Vita from Mac HDD. After conversion you can click the "Open" button to find the converted files. Connect PS Vita to Mac and then transfer movies to PS Vita for playback.
