Import Sony NEX-5N AVCHD to Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer 6

The two codecs are the best codec for each editing software, so the best way is to convert Sony NEX-5N AVCHD to ProRes for FCP or Transcode AVCHD to DNxHD MOV for Avid Media Composer on Mac.
