20% OFF Blu-ray to iPad 3-Copy 1080p Blu-ray to new iPad 3 for playing on Mac
lasted Apple Tablet was named as the New iPad 3 – not the "iPad HD" or "iPad 3″ as previously rumored. Packing with a higher-resolution of 2,048×1,536 Retina Display (twice as many as on iPad 2) , the new iPad 3 offers the most advanced screen in the tablet world. We can say without reservation that it absolutely rocks for watching HD movies even 1080p full-hd movies. However, just like its previous, the new iPad 3 has no drive for Blu-ray or DVD playback. Despite lack of offical support, we can get the Discs ready for new iPad 3. This article will talk about how to put 1080p Blu-ray ISO movies on New iPad 3 via Mac. Besides, i also share something about how to get full-screen playback.
Of course, I'm not about to pay iTunes' ridiculous prices to watch movies and TV shows I already own on my Blu-ray and DVD. Instead, I'll just rip those discs to an iPad-friendly format. If you're interested in doing likewise, I recommend you check out Pavtube Blu-ray to iPad 3 Converter for Mac. It is available for 20% off Coupon if you choose the option before July 23, 2012.
To be honest, the nice Mac BD Ripper for new iPad 3 is easy to use for editing and conversion and makes great quality copies of my Blu-rays and DVDs. It packs good, clear interface and it's easy to use. Even if you are a beginner, you can operate it smoothly.
The software works like most other Blu-ray ripping program I've used. Pop in your disc, choose an iPad output profile (H.264, MP4, or MPEG-4 MP4), and click Start. Then go get a cup of coffee (conversion takes some time).
PS: The supported resolution of the new iPad 3 goes up to 1080p, though video playback and most apps never break out of 720p. For watching videos on the iOS Device, 720p with 1500~2500kbps is just all right. I find that bitrate higher results in big file size, and lower visible quality loss. Below is Below is the best format settings for new iPad 3 per my experience:
Video
Codec- H.264
Resolution- 1280×720 (HD)
Bitrate- 1500~2500kbps
Framerate- 25fps
Audio
Codec- AAC
Sampling rate- 48khz
Bitrate- 128kbps
Channel- stereo
