Q1:"What is the best software for editing and cutting video clips?
I have some .avi movie files on my hp dv7 laptop and I would like to cut and merge pieces of my movies together. I wanna make little montages and slide-shows like the ones that I see on you-tube. I know absolutely nothing about video-editing so can anyone tell me the names of some nice, basic, user-friendly (extra emphasis on the 'user-friendly') type software that does junk like this. All help will be greatly appreciated."
Well, to cut or trim video, you can use iOrgsoft Video Editor, which is a powerful Video Cutter or Video Trimmer can help you cut or trim videos easily. With it you will be able to customize home movies how to trim video.

Apple has released the new operating system, say, Mac OS X Lion. The system is great just as it’s reported with those new features. It’s definitely deserved to upgrade your Mac to Lion. But the upgrade unfortunately may cause some problems and one of them is your Mac The Ripper no longer works on Mac running Lion! This happened because Mactheripper requires Rosetta to work while Lion dropped Rosetta support.
