.MTS形式(.mts)とは、HDデジタルビデオカメラの規格であるAVCHDで記録されたハイビジョン動画のファイルです。.mtsは普及し始めの段階で対応するソフトもまだ少ないので、MTS 変換を利用して拡張子MTSを他の人気な動画形式に変換する必要があります。
