With more and more multiple players, like iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPad Wi-Fi, iPad Wi-Fi+3G, iPod etc. springing up, video converter has been an indispensible tool to assist users to enjoy their devices. Here I will introduce you two software - iPhone to PC Transfer and MTS Converter and guide you how to use them properly.
Part one: How to transfer iPhone files to PC?
Step 1: Install and register iPhone to PC Transfer Ultiamte
Download iPhone to PC Transfer Ultimate installation file, and double click the downloaded installation file to start installation; then, follow the instructions to finish the installation.

On the left side of the main interface, you will see the display list, which will show your various iPhone files in different types. You can freely choose any kind of file type(music, movie, TV shows, Podcast, Books, iTunes, Camera roll, pictures, etc.) to transfer to your PC for backup and safety.
Step 4: Start transferring files
Click "Transfer" button to start to copy any kind of file type you like to PC for backup. After transferring, the output folder will pop up automatically.
Part 2: How to convert MTS to AVI with MTS Converter?
Download MTS to AVI Converter and install it according to the instruction.
Step 1. Add files - Click “Add File” to add the MTS videos from the computer disk which is prepare for converting.
Step 2. Set output format - Select the output format as AVI to your device which is selected at first. The settings button is special for you to make one more step to set video settings and audio settings clearly.
Step 3. Set output folder - Click "Browse" to quick search your favorite place to put the converted file.
Step 4. Convert MTS to AVI - Click “Convert” button to start converting the files checked in the file list.
These two powerful tools will be your best assistant to transfer iPhone files or convert MTS video to other formats with any loss in a short time. You can have a try!
