The release of Canon EOS 7D seems to wrestle back the king of APS-C crown. At the same time, HD videos recorded by Canon 7D is also perfect for capturing clips or sequences which allows to film with optional resolutions (1920*1080 pixels, 29.97, 25, 23.976fps; 1280*720 pixels, 59.94, 50 fps, or 640*480 pixels, 59.94, 50 fps). The Canon 7D records its movies as MOV files using AVC / H.264 compression, which is much more conservative of memory card space than the Motion JPEG format used by some cameras, and avoids some of the severe image quality loss suffered by AVCHD cameras when faced with significant amounts of change in image content between frames.
However, the video capture format MOV files produced by Canon EOS 7D Mark II are a long GOP format that is highly compressed, so it is not a good playing and editing format. Some MOV video player and editing software can not handle these MOV files. AVC/H.264 is the codec used to record these files, which keep sizes low, but sucks for editing. A format conversion of Canon 7D’s MOV to FCE 4.0 compatible format may be a wise choice because H.264 is notorious for crashing and locking up FCE 4.0 often.
You may need Brorsoft EOS MOV Converter for Mac which can convert Canon 7D H.264 MOV to a standard editing format for FCE 4.0. The following passage is the detail guide about how to convert Canon 7D H.264 MOV footages to QuickTime for FCE 4.0.

Most video cameras record video into a compress format like H.264 or AVCHD, which is difficult or impossible to edit natively.

If Apple can sue Samsung, then Palm and Microsoft should sue Apple. They had the first touchscreen phones, particularly ones without keyboards. For example, The HTC Touch (Vogue) came out before the original iPhone. It's sleep button, volume rocker, and action button were all in the same place as that of the iPhone. Also, Palm had a screen full of app icons almost a decade before the iPhone. Apple is being ridiculous. 187 Million iOS devices to 6 million-ish Galaxy devices. What more do they want. backup blu-ray Well it is not uncommon for apple to have the activation servers off line for a weekend to do some updates usually it proceeds a large slam on the servers like iOS 5 would cause. If that is the case apple support advisors would have fore knowledge of the servers going off line.
