Tricks for playing back AVI/MKV/MP4/WMV/MOV/M4V videos properly on Galaxy Tab
The Samsung Galaxy Tab is a wonderful device for enjoying and sharing your multimedia content. The tablet supports HD video content in a wide range of multimedia formats encoded in DivX, Xvid, MPEG4, H.263, H.264 and more. To be honest, videos of .avi, .mp4, .mkv, .3gp and .flv can be played back smoothly on Galaxy Tab most of the time. Yeah, most of the time, not all the time. Things happen that you copy a MKV file to Galaxy Tab 7’ and the device will not play it. Why should this happen? Generally, video contents that play correctly on Galaxy Tab tablet must be encoded with correct codec (DivX, XviD, MPEG4, H.263, H.264), packaged in correct container format (above mentioned file extensions) and created in correct size, bitrate and framerate (1080p, 30fps at best). Your MKV file is packed into the Matroska container, but the contents are not encoded with supported codecs. The two clips I tested not only play great on Galaxy Tab, but also take up less disk space. If you also have an iPad, “iPad>> iPad Video H.264 (*.mp4) format” is your top choice, because this format is good for both iPad and Galaxy Tab.

Blu-ray ripping: why it takes so long?
By ripping Blu-ray to 1080p HD video clips, the Blu-ray movies can be played back freely over PC HD media players and Video DVD players as well, and are no longer restricted to play in applicable Blu-ray player only. Many movie lovers find it takes long time to rip a Blu-ray Disc to PC, especially when they choose 1080p MKV/MP4/AVI/WMV as export format. If you have a PC/laptop with Intel CORE i5/i7 processor with 6GB of RAM or above and run an effective Blu-ray ripping/converting tool exclusively, the Blu-ray ripping process could takes around an hour. How to edit MOD, TOD, and MTS files in Mac Avid Xpress Pro?
Avid Xpress Pro was a non-linear video editing software aimed at professionals in the TV and movie industry. However, Xpress Pro was discontinued on March 17, 2008, and was no longer for sale after June 30, 2008. It's interesting that there isn't an option to disable it and that it was kind of "hidden" in the sense that it's not readily accessible. I read on the other site that sometimes the locations were not very accurate. I don't see why the iPhone has to record location information�CI know phone companies already do this, but the fact that this particular feature isn't "shown" (for the lack of a better term) to the average iPhone user is kind of odd. convert vob to mp4 scary, a few months ago my mother said that she would iPhone "skip tracks as they went," I had to show her this one
