This step-by-step tutorial will show you how to convert videos on both Windows and Mac OS X. You can convert all video formats shch as MPEG1, MPEG2, MP4, TOD, MKV, 3GP, 3G2, MOV, AVI, TS/TP (for HD Video) to any popular video formats including FLV, MKV, MOV, MP4, M4V, AVI, and MPG. You can also extract audio form video to MP3, AAC, OGG, APE, WAV, AC3 and M4A.
For Windows users:
Step 1: Download and install 4Videosoft Video Converter Platinum
Download this Video Converter software, when you finished the download process, run the .exe file to install it.
Step 2: Use this Video Converter software
Double click the icon of the video converter to use this software.
(1) Add: Add the video files.
Click the "Add File" button to add your video files. The supporting input format including:
After you add the file, you would see the following picture.
(2) Output: Choose the output format from the "Profile" Column, find what your player supporting format or the devices.

(3) Settings: Click "Settings" to open the settings window.
You can change the video encoder, resolution, frame rate, bitrate and audio preferences.
(4) Merge: You also can put you file into one, just click "Merge into one file", that's ok.
(5) Video Edit(Trim, Crop): You can trim a video or audio clip, crop the video play region by clicking "Trim" and "Crop" button.
Step 3: Start conversion
Click the "Start" to convert your file.
