I used Kaspersky mistakenly deleted an apparent trojan file from an internet program where the program person says that some antivirus will detect it and claims it is a false positive.
The problem is I cannot restore the deleted file even though it said the back was created. I need software to take me through the steps of restoring a deleted file. I asked my friend for help, but he didn’t have way to resolve it. Therefore, I searched for the internet.
