Layar is all set to monetize their technology through the launch of their new Content Store. Layar is the augmented reality app for iPhone and Android.
Layar concept was given birth by a team led by Raimo van der Klein, Maarten Lens-FitzGerald and Claire Boonstra, who got their inspiration from the Sci-Fi novel Rainbows End by Vernor Vinge in 2006
