Free download MTS/M2TS to MOV Converter for mac, install and run it.
Step 2: Import your MTS/M2TS files
Click "Add files" button on top of the window to import your MTS/M2TS files, then you can see them in the playlist; you can delete one or more files as you like and preview your files before conversion.
Step3: Choose output format and output folder
Use the setting panel on the bottom of the window to choose the output format and output folder, expand the panel, select “Common Video”, then "MOV - QuickTime Movie".
