How To Avoid Root Canal And Keep Your Teeth Healthy

Green tea: Green tea is a great preventive medicine because the type of bioflavonoids in it can help fight off both tooth decay and gum disease. Japanese have been aware of the medicinal value of green tea against dental problem for centuries. According to some dental equipment experts taking an extract of green tea leaves is more beneficial than drinking it.
Some foods such as nuts, olive and yogurt can help clean the plaque from your teeth. But, you should avoid corrosive soda and drinks and juice or drinks that contain too much sugar as it may cause cavities. Dont forget to meet your dentist once every six months for cleaning and check-up.
