Parallels (Parallels Desktop for Mac)----- Virtual machine software from Parallels, Inc., that allows Windows, Linux and other operating systems to run in an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X. Some people familiar with it, some people not. This article will give a brief introduction about Parallels.
Part1: Definition of the Parallels
It is hardware emulation virtualization software, using hypervisor technology that works by mapping the host computer’s hardware resources directly to the virtual machine’s resources, allowing each virtual machine to operate identically to a standalone computer.
