"My source is HD video from a TV camera, I tried the HD converter and that worked great. I do have one last question, that maybe you can help with. I used the Adobe Premiere conversion type AVC. But Adobe Premiere Elements 11 would not read it. It would read the iMovie format. Do your engineers have any suggestions from your long list of output file types, what one will work best for the Adobe product?"

Cameras and camcorders recorded videos many are in AVCHD, Tivo, MXF and other formats, these HD formats are well to record video data, but it's not compatible with so many editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Elements 11, you can't edit HD videos in premiere smoothly on Mac 10.8 due to the format and codec.

What's the best format for use in Premiere Elements 11 on Mac Mountain Lion? The best format is ProRes MOV format, it's the best compatible format on Mac Mountain Lion, now follow the way to transcode HD AVCHD/MTS/Tivo/MXF to MOV format for Adobe Premiere Elements 11.

1.Download Pavtube HD Video Converter for Mac, this is an excellent HD converter for Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on Mac Mountain Lion 10.8. Install and run it.

3.Click format bar to choose output format for Premiere, please click and choose "Final Cut Pro -> Apple ProRes 422 (*.Tivo)". This format is also best for Premiere editing on Mac.

4.You can click settings button to adjust output parameters, such as resolution, bitrate, etc.

5.Click "convert" button in the main interface to start converting HD AVCHD, MTS, Tivo, MXF to ProRes Tivo format.

Pavtube Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Converter for Mac can convert any recorded 1080p AVCHD/MTS/Tivo/MXF files at a fast speed, video and audio synchronization are perfect guaranteed.

Importing guideline: Before you add video files that you did not capture yourself, make sure you can view the video outside Premiere Elements. Usually, double?clicking a video file opens a playback application, such as QuickTime player. If you can play back your file in the player application, you can usually use that file in Premiere Elements, just click the file menu and add files.

If you want to backup your recorded HD videos on DVD, you can use Pavtube DVD Creator for Mac to burn any HD videos (AVCHD/MTS/Tivo/MXF) to DVD disc/ISO for backup and playback.

Breaking news: Now Pavtube starts the Thanksgiving promotion activity, "Buy one get one free", if you buy Pavtube HD Video Converter for Mac or other converter products, you can Free Get Pavtube DVD Creator for Mac, on other products, you can get a high discount up to 50% off, please visit.
