Have you taken your iPad on a few trips this summer( no matter iPad, iPad 2 or the new iPad 3)? And are you paying iTunes' ridiculous prices to watch movies and TV shows ?
OK! Friends, I can say without reservation that iPad absolutely rocks for watching movies, but as a big DVD movies fan, I would like to rip these DVD discs to iPad-friendly Format for enjoyment. If you are the person who owning lots of DVD collections just like me, please follow me to copy DVD movies to iPad on Mac.
I used the Brorsoft Mac DVD to iPad Converter, which can help me to remove CSS encryptions and region codes from commercial DVDs and then convert DVD movies(including DVD discs, DVD IFO, DVD ISO) to iPad/iPad 2/iPad 3 compatible format with particular preset. And, it allows me to select preferred subtitles for DVD movies that means we can watch DVD movies on iPad with subtitles freely. What's more, this Mac DVD ripper fully supports the newly available Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.
3 Steps to rip and convert DVD Movies to iPad with subtitles on Mac OS X Mountain Lion
Step 1: After installation of the best iPad DVD Ripper for Mac, run it and load your DVD movies to it. You can preview your movies if necessary.
Tips: You can freely select the subtitles for your DVD movies as you like from the Subtitles option.
Step 2: Click on Format > iPad, and from the dropdown menu, select iPad Video H.264 Video(*.mp4) that is the optimal format.
Tips: If you are iPad 2 user, you’d better set iPad 2 Video(*.mp4); for iPad 3 users, there are three options for you, you can choose anyone you need.
Step 3: Start converting DVD to iPad on Mac OS X Mountain Lion via clicking the Convert button. Then go get a cup of coffee (conversion takes time).
Once the DVD to MP4 for iPad Mac conversion is done, you can find the output file for iPad effortlessly.
Now you are able to transfer DVD to iPad with subtitles on Mac freely. Later, it’s available for you to watch DVD movie on iPad with preferred subtitles at ease.
Tip: I also recommend the iMedia Converter for Mac to you which enables you to convert videos, DVDs, BDs to iPad/iPad 2/iPad 3 simultaneously.
