Q: Hi.
MXF 1080 60i to XDCam HD 422 50i, please let me know the workflow,
i try a lot of time to test, the file come out is not smooth.

The ProRes is developed by Apple and it is intended for use during video editing. Compared with other uncompressed video and end-user codecs ProRes requires much less expensive disk systems and retains higher quality. If you want to edit videos with FCP, Prores is a pretty good choice.
In fact, Final Cut Pro 6.0.3 to Final Cut Pro 7.0.2 and Final Cut Pro X 10. 0.3 users can not enjoy the 1080i videos after editing, since XF Plug-in can not help them, only the 1280*720 video accepted.
