Step 1: Add scanned PDF files into the program
Drag the scanned PDFs to the main interface. After loaded, all scanned PDF files will be shown in the file list. You can batch convert PDF to Excel at a time.
Step 2: Set the output format & destination folder
Choose "File -> File Configuration" in the menu bar to customize the page ranges or select the "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" for the output file. The default options are All pages and Ms Office Word (.docx) format.
And choose "PDF Converter Pro -> Preferences -> Destination" to set the output folder for the converted Excel files. The default option is to save the converted documents in the same folder as source.
