Recently I bought the Titleist AP1 712 Irons with the Aldila 75 gram graphite shaft. What I want to say is that I am satisfied with all features they have. I am very glad to welcome then to be the new role in my golf! I have been taking lessons and my golf has improved immensely with the current clubs I use. I recently attended an open day and tried many clubs, I ended up purchasing the titleist ap1, purely because of how sweet I was striking the ball. I found that most of the balls I hit had good height and distance. I was custom fitted and am now looking forward to taking many shots off my game. To begin with, the advanced performance attrat me a lot. The high quality, high technology design and construction featuring a stainless steel body, tungsten nickel sole and Tuned Feel System of ap1 enhances performance and feel. From these irons, you can get hotter and solid feeling. The thin face with integrated aluminum and soft elastomer Tuned Feel System in the back cavity improves sound and feel at impact for a hotter, more lively feel. Besides, the ap1 irons is very forgiving. Perimeter weighted back flange and tungsten nickel sole bar locates the CG low and deep for increased MOI, forgiveness and stability. Lastly, the new Tuned Feel System is a co-molded medallion of soft elastomer and aluminum plate. This insert has been specifically designed to improve the sound and feel of each new iron. For the thinner face, larger cavity AP1 a hotter, more lively feel has been enhanced.
