How to Upload PowerPoint Presentation to Facebook?
Facebook, the second most visited website and the No.1 SNS service supplier nowadays, has become one of the most indispensible communication platforms and personal platforms.
While PowerPoint, one of the most classic products of Microsoft and well-known office software, is widely used in education, business, training, entertainment and etc.
When I paid a daily visit to Yahoo Answers site one day, I found a question raised by Mee saying that “How to put PPT on Facebook? Please do not say put it on YouTube then Facebook, there is info here that I do not want on YouTube.”
It seems that we can share our PowerPoint presentations with our fans on Facebook by the means of uploading the PPT file to YouTube and then Facebook, but how?
Method A: Convert PowerPoint to video via Windows Movie Maker .
Method B: Convert PowerPoint to video with the help of the professional PowerPoint-to-Video converter – Moyea PPT to Video Converter
The brief description (Getting Started) about how to use this easy-to-use software is listed on the interface. You can view various converted video samples here.
When the conversion process is done, what you have to do next is check the duration of the output video. If the size under 1024 MB or time limits (under 20 minutes), you can upload PPT to Facebook directly by pressing Upload a Video.
However, if the size above 1024MB or time is above 20 miniutes, the uploading process will be forbidden, but you can also share it with your Fans via uploading it to YouTube.
And then, you can copy the URL of this video and share it with the others.
Mee, the questioner of Yahoo Answers, does not want to "put it on YouTube then Facebook", how we can help her/him?
If the duration of her/his PowerPoint video is less than two minutes, she/he can upload it to Facebook directly. If not, he/she can also upload the PowerPoint to PowerPoint sharing website (let us take Slideboom.com as an example), and then embed it to Facebook.
You can upload it to slideboom.com for free, but your presentation size is limited to 100 MB.
When the uploading process is done, you can copy the URL to Facebook.
Just as the old saying goes, "All roads lead to Rome".However, choosing the best other than the shortest way is very critical.
