Dynamic Gold and Project X, both designed and manufactured by True Temper Sports, delivered accuracy and consistency during tough competition to capture another stroke-play title this weekend at the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions at Mission Hills. The victory marks the 91st win for True Temper on the PGA, European and Web.com Tours during the 2012 season — more wins than all other shaft manufacturers combined.
Playing Dynamic Gold in his Maruman Majesty Vanquish-VR Irons and Project X graphite in his 3-wood, the champion shot a 21-under-par 267 (69-68-65-65) to come from four strokes back. He carded an impressive 13 birdies and one eagle in the last two rounds to claim the second WGC title of his career.
