Backup/copy Blu-ray movie with lossless audio
The following guide describes how to use the Blu-ray copy software named Pavtube ByteCopy to backup/copy Blu-ray movie with lossless audioin detailed steps.
For your reference - What audio codecs will Blu-ray support?
Linear PCM (LPCM) - up to 8 channels of uncompressed audio. (mandatory)
Dolby Digital (DD) - format used for DVDs, 5.1-channel surround sound. (mandatory)
Dolby Digital Plus (DD+) - extension of Dolby Digital, 7.1-channel surround sound. (optional)
Dolby TrueHD - lossless encoding of up to 8 channels of audio. (optional)
DTS Digital Surround - format used for DVDs, 5.1-channel surround sound. (mandatory)
DTS-HD High Resolution Audio - extension of DTS, 7.1-channel surround sound. (optional)
DTS-HD Master Audio - lossless encoding of up to 8 channels of audio. (optional)
Note: This simply means that Blu-ray players and recorders will have to support playback of these audio codecs, it will still be up to the movie studios to decide which audio codec(s) they use for their releases.
Step-by-step instruction:
How to rip bluray to lossless audio with Pavtube ByteCopy?
Step 1: Free download Pavtube ByteCopy, install and launch it
Once run the Blu-ray copy software, you can click the “DVD/Blu-ray disc” icon to load your BD movie files.
Step 2: Do blu-ray to lossless audio conversion with your specified movie titles
The main movie of the Blu-ray disc is checked by default once loaded. If you wanna rip all bluray titles to lossless audio, you can hit the “Check All” button to select all titles, or you can click ‘Uncheck All” button to cancel your former selection.
In addition, you are able to click the “Plus” icon before the title name to see the detailed movie info, including audio tracks, video streams, and subtitles. If you don’t want to preserve some audios and subs in the output files, you can remove the check marks before the certain audio tracks and sub streams to uncheck them at will.
Step 3: Click “Browse” button to specify a destination folder for the output files
Step 4: Start blu-ray to lossless audio conversion
Click “Convert MKV” button to start backing up/copying Blu-ray movie with lossless audio. LOL�� the Anchor made reference to this site as titb.comOur Rene is a celebrity! Time to post a pic of him as a Celebrity carrying an iphone like our neighbours over at crackberry�� mpeg4 to mp3 I'd like my phone to be everything I need. I'd like everything silentsoul mentioned, plus antenna to control everything like a remote (tv, car, lights) and get radio and tv signal. If apple comes out with this, u could lock up everything on the device, or blow it away, from any computer if it ever gets stolen. The more you rely on one device for everything, the less likely u r to loose or misplace it, and the more accessible everything is. Not to mention u can slim down on everything u have to kart around.
