Nilay Patel formerly of Engadget tweeted that he's looking at the complaint and will have an editorial posted soon. He was a copyright Attorney so he should have an interesting viewpoint. There are definitly design similarities between the Galaxy S and the iPhone especially in hardware. In the end im sure this will be settled, maybe Samsung will give Apple a buy one get one free deal on A5 processors or half off NAND flash and it will mean very little to all of us other than an I told you so between fanboys. convert avi to mov I'm going to buy my iPhone 4 caseless since October. Not a scratch. It's really a shame such a nice phone to hide behind a case. It's worth the $ 30 (for the back) or $ 129 (for the front) I have to shell out the small chance they will be shaken. I mean, people already spend $ 50 + on cases. That's just me, though.
