O'Reilly sell their (usually expensive) books on iTunes as iPhone applications very cheap (£3/$5). Most assume this is because of the restrictions on reading them on the phone. Not so. The official site explains how to extract EPUB files to read elsewhere. Screenshots/tutorials enclosed
