Freeware iPod to Computer Transfer - iDump is a popular software for iPod users, which helps you transfer iPod songs, movies to a new desktop, or laptop just simply install iDump_Setup.exe onto your computer.
Run iDump and connect your iPod to it, you'll have access to all your songs, select the songs you want to transfer then specify the output directory and set the file output format, finally, hit "Start Copy" to transfer you iPod songs to computer.

The good:
