How to Burn HD Videos or General Videos in iDVD on Mac OS X?
Collect some excellent videos with your camcorder, you may hope to burn them onto removable medium to save space or send others as gifts. Here I will show you the easiest and fastest way to burn your camcorder videos in iDVD on Mac.
First, we should know that iDVD is a DVD creation software application made by Apple Inc. And iDVD allows the user to add QuiteTime Movies, MP3 music, and digital photos to a DVD that can be then be played on a commercial DVD player. In other words, iDVD can only support limited video/audio formats, like MOV, MP3. Therefore, as for those unsupported video/audio formats we need a third party to help us convert them to MOV, MP4, MP3, etc.

Free download Moyea Video Converter for Mac, install and run it.
Step 1: Import the video files you want to convert into this program
Step 2: Select the iDVD format from the profile drop-down list
Step 3: Set the output file path.
Step 4: Convert
Part 2: How to transfer the converted files into iDVD for burning?
Double click iDVD and then import the generated video files from the "File" menu. If you want a Hollywood style movie, click Magic iDVD.
In addition, iDVD allows you choose your favorite theme first and drag your video files to the related area as well as drag photos and add music to it.
After you set all the settings as you like, click preview and then burn it if you are satisfied. Later, you will get your own DVD, just like Hollywood DVD, but it' s yours.
