iTunes to Microsoft Surface-Transfer iTunes rental movie to Microsoft Surface RT/Pro

Microsoft has release two 10.6-inch Surface tablets: Microsoft Surface for Windows RT tablet and Surface for Windows 8 Pro tablet. But if you wanna to play purchased iTunes m4v videos on your Microsoft Surface RT or Pro tablet, you'll get frustrated. As we know, M4V videos purchased from iTunes store are protected by Apple's FairPlay DRM and can only play on Apple products.
