If deleted photos can not be found in the 'recently deleted' folder on your iPhone, you may be able to recover them from an iPhone backup file created in iTunes.
This will only work if your created the backup before deleting the messages:
1. Install SmartPhone Recovery PRO
2. Choose recover from iTunes data
3. Choose which backup file to recover from
4. Scan backup file
5. View recovered data
