has anyone ever used xilisoft media toolkit ultimate? Isn’t it some kind of 5-in-1 software? I’ve only used their dvd ripper, so I’m not sure if this is worth it… any thoughts?

I’ve been searching for one too. And I’ve stumbled upon Xilisoft iPad Magic, it does exactly that: copy from iPad to pc, backup ipad to pc. Great ipad manager plus ipad transfer both ways.
