This guide aims to show you that how to backup your iPod songs and videos on your computer for Windows and Mac users.
It includes 2 parts:
Part 1: How to transfer iPod songs and videos to computer for Windows users
Part 2: How to transfer iPod songs and videos to Mac.

Part 1: How to transfer iPod songs and videos to computer for Windows users
Software Requirement: Aiseesoft iPod to Coumputer Transfer

Step 1: Connect your iPod to your computer

I used to buy a lot of DVDs, but since I split my time between the US and Europe, I found that half my discs wouldn't play on my Powerbook. Apple only lets you switch regions five times (though the studios actually say you're allowed to do this 25 times -- Apple actually imposes more restrictions than it has to), so I quickly ran out of region-switches and just gave up on DVDs for a while.

I own ipod and iphone, and I feel it's so inconvenient because I have to use itunes to enjoy them.

I think for these you have to installed these software in your computer Cucusoft iPhone/iPod/iTouch to Computer Transfer. It will help to take a back in computer. first of all installed it and it will search automatically about the song and it will be shown in list.
