RAZR is one of Callaway's new lines of clubs, introduced in February 2011. It begins with the Callaway RAZR Hawk driver and includes fairway woods, hybrids, irons and wedges.

Callaway has a winner with the Callaway RAZR Hawk Driver – however, despite their investment in technology, the clubs overall performance has not significantly improved from previous models (at least in my books). I will admit that this driver did great things for ball spin – especially for off-center hits.

When it comes to tee shots, golfers tend to fall into one of two categories: players who simply want to crush the ball, and those who are willing to give up a few yards if they can shape their shots. golf wholesale The bg titanium cup face attached to the composite body is nothing new, but Cally did find a way to make it look a little more appealing and a little less odd than it did in the FT-iz driver.

The Callaway RAZR Hawk also had a surprise in store for me. Spin levels for solid hits we're pretty normal, if on the lower end around 3300 RPM, but off-center hits showed a significant decrease in spin, which equated to more ground roll. Callaway Diablo forged irons This feature helps contribute to the consistency this club has to offer – most hits were within a 25-yard dispersion pattern, and off-center hits only lost about 10 yards in distance

If you're all about distance, Callaway has the Diablo Octane driver. But if you like to draw the ball around a corner or fade it into the short grass, the company now offers the RAZR Hawk driver. Callaway RAZR Fit Driver Pretty accurate, although the longer shaft might make it a little less accurate than it could be. Heel and toe shots don't lose much distance and are often quite playable – a big advantage for mid to high handicap players.

If you have the skill level, the Callaway RAZR Hawk driver will let you fade or draw the ball on command without much of a sacrifice in distance.
