我理解做客服的不容易，网博以来接触了不少客服人员.今天想在这里你们说说一些心里话：

1、不要总是套话太多，什么请稍等，请耐心等候的话要少说，尤其是客户问什么时候派彩之类需要准确答复问题的时候。
2、不能确定答案的问题不要随便回答，出尔反尔，比如问某个活动的奖励措施、参加条件等。
3、看清楚客户的问题，不要重复问客户一些弱智的问题。比如反复问客户是不是确定存款了，你要知道客户没存是不会来骗你说存了的，要多找自己问题。

大家做份工作都不容易，但既然做了就尽量站在客户的角度来解决问题，不愧客服人员这一称号。 http://www.amyule.net/
