iPod - Brilliant Callaway FT-iZ driver Review Karensour - Thu Sep 27, 2012 7:05 pm Post subject: Brilliant Callaway FT-iZ driver Review
The Callaway FT-IZ Driver is one of the drivers that people have still talking about in 2012. It was introduced as part of the Callaway FT series.
The Callaway FT-iZ driver is engineered with a more elongated, curved and aerodynamic clubhead. The center part of the driver head is constructed of the lightest carbon fibre fusion body Callaway has ever produced, therefore ensuring maximum distance with greater club head stability for accuracy.
The Callaway FT-IZ throws all of the best aspects of Callaway drivers into one package. Its target player is the mid to high handicap golfer but there is also a Tour model out there for the better player. Like most drivers that enter the market, the FT-iZ claims to increase distance without sacrificing consistency.
The body of the clubhead features Fusion Technology, which combines cast titanium, compression cured carbon fiber, formed aluminum and cast steel for an optimal combination of performance and feel. Straighter, longer drives is the goal of the new technology found in the FT IZ Driver.
By the way, tell you a customer's reviews: "The clubhead is extremely large in appearance. Even though clubs max out at 460cc, this seems larger, especially from front to back. So if you like a clubhead that looks larger than even the biggest models, you'd like this. The deep front to back dimension is meant to increase MOI (resistance to twisting) on off center hits. "
