H.264 MOV is more and more popular for us. Many Cameras including Canon 5D Mark, EOS 650D/60D/550D, PowrShot G1 X, Nikon D5100/D3200/D4/D800 record 1080p H.264 MOV footages. The HD video recording function helps you perfectly capture every moment of tears and laughter in your life and keep the unique memory forever. Have you got one H.264 MOV Camera? If so, you must like taking and playing the HD recordings with your family and friends. But you may be in the trouble why you can't import H.264 MOV to Final Cur Pro 6/7 for editing on your Mac.
In fact, the H.264 codec is not a perfect editable format for Final Cut Pro, but Apple ProRes is.
