I got the new Camera D800 from Nikon last week, I know it shoots Full HD 1080p MOV video at 30/25/24p. But I don't know how to import its recordings to Final Cut Pro 7 for editing on Mac.

In fact, FCP 7 best supported video format is Apple ProRes 422 codec MOV format, so FCP 7 doesn’t support Nikon D800 MOV footages well.
