To keep original Blu-ray video streams without changing anything, the best option is ripping Blu-ray to M2TS streams or MKV file. After conversion the Blu-ray movie can be compressed to 2.5GB-4GB, which is just right for streaming to iPad, iPhone, Android phones (e.g. the latest released Droid 3), etc.
