Fans of the books will remember that a scene in Season 1 – featuring Catelyn Stark Game of Thrones Season 1 dvd(Michelle Fairley) confronting prisoner Jamie Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) about Bran’s fall, actually occurs in George’s second book. Winter Is Coming: Although I’m not sure a name change is necessary, I am fine if they want to do it. But please don’t change it to Yara. It sounds like the name of an old crone. Plus it is close to Arya. I suggested Ashara as an alternative which could be seen as a nice bit of fan service, assuming Ashara Dayne doesn’t get mentioned in the show, to give her name to another strong female character. What about you guys? Any other name suggestions?Game of Thrones box set
