Compact in size, light weight and fully featured, the Canon XF100 Professional Camcorder can be tailored to fit a wide range of individual needs. The XF100 uses MXF for its file structure–an internationally standardized container format for the exchange of video and audio material.
Only a few limited formats are supported by Windows Live Movie Maker, e.g. AVI, WMV, ASF, MOV, MPG, MP2, MPEG, WAV, WMA, MP4. So, you need convert MXF to Windows Live Movie Maker compatible format for importing MXF files.
