20% off TiVo to iPad 2 Converter:Play TV shows on iPad 2 with best high definition quality
The iPad 2 is a great tablet that's easy to throw heaps of praise on, but although the operating system is simple many prefer the ability to customise their tablet. This is where Android tablets come in, and in particular the excellent Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It's a great tablet, even lighter than the iPad, and also very good looking and well-built. By any means, it is a great portable video player. So why not transfer you TiVo recordings to iPad 2? No matter where you are, whenever it is, just take out the iPad from your handbag and enjoy your favorite TV programs or football matches freely! However, iPad 2 only supports limited video formats. Apple has provided a "Supported TV and Video Types on iPad" sheet to detail playable video and audio formats for iPad(2). And you can see TiVo is not there. However, this doesn't mean we can't put TiVo TV shows to iPad 2. We just need get some help from third-party software. As far as I know, the best way to watch TiVo videos on iPad 2 is to convert TiVo recordings to iPad compatible video formats e.g. H.264 mp4.
As mentioned above, in order to transfer and copy TiVo recordings on iPad 2, we need a TiVo video converter for iPad 2. There are many programs out there that allow you to do a tivo conversion. Yeah, video converter app varies. A recommended one here is Pavtube Video Converter. It owns perfect support for TiVo recordings, MTS/M2TS, TOD, MOD, and some MXF footages and gurantee super high conversion speed and perfect audio and video synchronization.
To be honest, I use Pavtube for coverting TiVo videos for my iPad. It works very well and I haven't really had any problems. Conversion speed seems fine and the videos look good on the iPad. I saw Pavtube mentioned in the TiVo forums as a good way to convert for the iPad so I decided to try it. It's much better than TiVo's converter. TiVo's converters for mobile devices are terrible. The TiVo to iPad 2 Converter is now on sale at the company's Christmas Promotion through Dec. 5, 2011 if you choose this option.
