Paz de la Huerta pleads guilty to harassment charge for bar brawl with reality star Samantha Swetra
HBO star Paz de le Huerta pleaded guilty to a harassment charge Thursday for a boozy run-in with an MTV actress.
The leggy "boardwalk empire dvd" starlet agreed to do a day of community service and a 10-to-12 week alcohol treatment program to make up for her Meat Packing District smackdown with Samantha Swetra, who appears in "The Hills."
"I can't talk about the case, I'm not allowed to - but I'm extremely glad this is over," de la Huerta, who still faces a civil suit by Swerta, said after court.
Inside court, de la Huerta, admitted she tried to hit Swerta.
"boardwalk empire season 1 dvd," she said when Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Jennifer Schecter asked if she threatened to strike her rival at a star-studded March 20 party.
She pleaded guilty to a violation, which is not a crime,and was ordered to stay away from Swerta, attend weekly alcohol counseling sessions and do a day of community service, said her lawyer, Jamel Oeser-Sweat.
