Jerry: "Anyone know how to get past the login password on Windows vista?My husband changed the password on my computer, which has crappy windows vista and he can't "remember" what it is. Does anyone know how to get past the logon password page or a secret to getting through?"
Mark: "I forgot Windows vista password for my admin account on my vista and now I only have a standard account I can use. I need the admin account back because I need to install updates. Can anyone tell me how to get the account back? And I already tried ophcrack and trinity rescue kit, didn't work."
kate: "I have forgotten the administrator password for my computer(Windows Vista OS). I'm not able to install new programs or download anything without it. Is there anyway to retrieve it or Windows vista password reset?"
1.Start the application, then put a USB drive into computer. Select ‘USB drive’, click on ‘Start’ and ‘Yes’ to create the password reset disk.
2. The password reset USB drive is burned now, click 'Close' and 'Yes', remove the password reset USB drive to bypass Windows vista password.
Step 3. Reset Windows 2000 password with the created USB drive
Put the created USB drive into your LOCKED computer, if your computer failed to reboot from it, please set BIOS to boot from USB drive to continue the password recovery process.
1. Reboot your computer from the created USB drive, once the program starts, select your target Windows system, click ‘Next’.
2. Select your target user accounts you want to reset vista password for among all the user accounts, click ‘Next’.
3.The Windows Vista password is reset successfully now, click ‘Reboot’, take out the USB drive, click ‘Yes’ to restart computer to access your Windows Vista system freely.
