When Samsung Infuse 4G refuse to play a video, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
1 Unsupported video format (e.g. *.vob format)
2 Unsupported codec (e.g. AC3)
3 Huge file size (e.g. H.264 MP4 video of 10GB+)
4 High resolution (e.g. 1080p video and above)
5 Protections (e.g. iTunes videos)

Why do not you just shoot a rocket to the cases as they do in that Verizon commercial? Set up a horizontal wire to the missile directly to the cases and voila!
