Here’s a guide of decrypting and shrink Blu-ray Disc Toy Story 3 to 1080p/ 720p HD MP4 (a universal format for PC and portable media players):
Step 1. Load BD movie to the Blu-ray Converter
Connect an external BD drive to your PC if there is not an internal one. Place in source Blu-ray disc.
